We all should realize that Jesus is returning soon. What should we do to prepare for the second coming of Christ? Go to the book of Daniel 9:1-21.
Daniel knew that Jeremiah’s prophesy was about to be fulfilled–that the Jews would be set free from the Chaldeans who had enslaved them. When Daniel realized that the time was at hand when they would be free, he prayed unto the Lord and made confession of his sins and the sins of the Jewish people. He did not tell the people to pack their bags because they were leaving, he called them to pray and confess their sins and the sins of the nation of Israel.
As we pray in the spirit and pray in our native language, God will always reveal our sin and the sins of our nation. So go pray some more so you can see your sin and repent of it. As you pray and confess your sins, God will heal your land by mercifully saving souls in your land.
